1 Your right to opt out
Residents of California and certain other states have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information.

We do not sell your personal information for money.
Our position
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. There is nothing for you to opt out of, but you may still exercise your other privacy rights.
3 Students under 16
Many of our students are teens. We never sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16, or of any student, and we use it only to teach the course, issue certificates and keep the records Texas requires.

Our site does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not pass your information to advertisers, so there is nothing to opt out of on this device.

5 Authorized agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will ask for written proof of authorization and may ask you to confirm the agent’s authority directly.
